The promo says "A taste of Australia – space out,
trip out, have a party!" (!!??) I must admit something
about the packaging and the by-line made me cautious and prevented
this release from ever making it into my DVD player until
now. The mere title suggested I be running for earplugs...

burns up the fretboard on Mr. Lucky, John Hammond plays slide

album with some of our jazz greats and this DVD shows the
artist's great finger style in jazz guitar in a 75 minute
concert. It was to be the start of a career which has delighted
audiences worldwide and drawn critical acclaim from some of
the world's finest musicians. Chet Atkins, Barney Kessel,
John Williams, Joe Pass, Stephane Grappelli, Toots Thielmans,
Yehudi Menuhin, David Grisman, Bill Wyman are just some of
the musicians who have collaborated with Martin. In this 75
minute concert, recorded at the Manchester Craftmen's Guild
in Pittsburgh, PA, Martin explores all the facets of his dynamic
